Privacy policy

We collect only what an order needs: your name, email, loyalty membership number and the details of the stay or status you asked us to place. We never ask for your loyalty account password and we never store card data - payments are processed by Stripe.

How we use it

Order data is used to place and verify your bookings and to support you afterwards. We do not sell data and we do not share it beyond the hotel or program required to fulfil the order.

Retention and deletion

Order records are kept for 24 months for guarantee and accounting purposes, then deleted. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time from the contact page.

We use functional cookies for the cart and checkout and aggregate analytics that do not identify you individually.
