Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on tierhop.com, operated by Fondazione 404.

1. The service

TierHop books hotel nights, registers status challenges and arranges hotel rates on your behalf, as described on each offer page. We are not affiliated with any hotel group.

2. Your details

You give us your loyalty number and the name on the account. You confirm they are correct and belong to you. We never ask for passwords or login codes.

3. Risk

Before paying, you confirm you have read the risk disclosure, including the program terms notice.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by MercadoPago. For status challenges, hotel nights are charged at the real hotel price on top of the service fee.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy and the refund rule shown on each offer page.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not responsible for decisions taken by hotel loyalty programs.
